Shreveport Partner Ballet Studio: Power and Grace School of Performing Arts

Nutcracker wouldn’t be Nutcracker without the local Children’s cast! Dancing along side the full professional Russian cast are local Shreveport children from Power and Grace School of Performing Arts. Power and Grace School of Performing Arts is under the direction of Christy Posey Holden. Christy has been teaching dance in the Shreveport/Bossier area for over twenty-five years and is the only instructor in Louisiana certified by the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance. Power & Grace offers multiple dance studios, two locations, state of the art facilities, and the finest in dance training. Curriculum includes ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip-hop, danceline, and preschool classes. With locations in Shreveport and Bossier and expansive multiple studios in each location, Power & Grace is able to offer flexibility in scheduling classes for children and adults. Power & Grace is committed to providing positive reinforcement to encourage high self-esteem and a positive attitude in each child.
