Nutcracker wouldn’t be Nutcracker without the local Children’s cast! Dancing along side the full international professional cast are local Kansas City children from Ovation Studios.
“Ovation Studios opened in Carthage in 2007. Our mission is to develop students who value dance as an art form, value themselves and the ones around them, and flourish not only in dance but in life! We are a More Than Just Great Dancing affiliate studio and are certified through Youth Protection Advocates in Dance. We started as a very small studio but have grown to become one of the largest studios in the area. We do not believe we are the best because we are the biggest. Instead, we believe we’re the biggest because families think we are the best.”
